The Natalee Holloway case's main suspect, Joran van der Sloot, was no stranger to the Mountain Brook group. He'd been hanging out with them all week, according to one of Holloway's friends, NBC 13 reported. Jamie Justice said she got to know van der Sloot at the Black Jack table. “The way he came off wasn't at all in a threatening way,“ Justice said. “He was really naive to everybody.” Justice and many of Holloway's friends thought van der Sloot was a fellow tourist. “He didn't look like one of the locals and he didn't act like one of the locals,” Justice said. “He acted more like he was just down there vacationing.” On May [29], Holloway and her friends headed to the beach and pool around 10:00 a.m. for a full day of sun. At 8:30 p.m., they had dinner in the hotel restaurant and then went to the hotel casino where Holloway met van der Sloot. At about 11 p.m., Holloway and her friends went to Carlos and Charlie's bar where they once again ran into van der Sloot. Justice said Holloway spent most the night with her friends, not van der Sloot. However, at about 1:30 a.m. Holloway and van der Sloot left the bar together. Justice says although Holloway is a sweet person she isn't overly trusting.

According to me I was phoned later that day by Joran again but I hadn't answered my mobile phone. Because it is the vacation now I temporarily work in "Caribbean Overseas". We drove first to Wendy's Palm Beach to buy food and after we had eaten, my father dropped off Elvis and Gladys at their home. Elvis and Gladys live in the hamlet Noord. I don’t know their address but I can designate to you their house. After we dropped Elvis and wife at their home my father and I went home. I no longer remember what time we got home. I studied first and afterwards slept because I had a "physics" examination to take on Monday, May 30, 2005, from 07.30 till 10.00. I do recall that Joran asked me if I wanted to accompany him to Carlos & Charlies but I answered him that I could not go because I had an examination the next day.

5:00 PM = According to the ARUBA international airport weather history archive available here and here , on May 29, 2005 at 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM the cloudcover was only 10% for each. By 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM on the 30th, the cloudcover was only 30%. Between 5 PM and 5 AM the windspeed was a steady 6-9 m/s. ....No rain was documented from 5 PM to 5 AM. Visibility was 15 km at 5 PM, and 18 km at 11 PM, 2 AM, and 5 AM.
5:00 PM = According to ELIZABETH CAIN’s statements to the FBI, she saw NATALEE at a “Holiday Inn” hot tub at 5:00 PM on May 29, 2005.
5:00 PM = During his 9-26 “A Current Affair” interview Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT claimed, “But from the day -- from the earlier, when I was with her friends at the Excelsior casino at the "Holiday Inn," the whole group was already drinking from 5:00 in the afternoon.”

5:15 PM = According to ELIZABETH CAIN’s form "302" FBI statement, at 5:15 PM NATALEE and roommate friends return to her room #7114 for pre-packing her bags for her airplane trip returning to the UNITED STATES the next day.
NATALEE showers, dresses (see her clothes description above in her bio), and freshens-up before going out for the rest of the evening.
When NATALEE leaves the “Holiday Inn” room she leaves her purse (the girls agreed something might happen to their purses) and her cellular phone in the room.
NATALEE, reportedly, takes with her only her drivers license and $50 in cash. (BETH HOLLOWAY-TWITTY stated that NATALEE did not have a credit card on the ARUBA trip)
On August 6, 2005 OSMAN Farouk OSMAN, the Director of “Automotive Enterprises” and an acquaintance/friend of Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE gave the following statements to the ARUBAN Police Detectives:
On your question if Deepak had told me how he knew that the missing American little girl Natalee Ann HOLLOWAY on Monday, 30 May 2005, in the night time hours, had only her identification document (drivers license) and an amount of US $50, =, in her possession, I answer you the following: At absolutely no moment did Deepak tell me how he knew that missing little girl only had her identity card and US $50, =, in her possession. You must ask it to Deepak.
It is also possible/probable (but has not yet been publicly stated) that NATALEE took with her an electronic key card to her “Holiday Inn” room # 7114 (although it is also possible the room mates mixed up possession of their key cards and she may have had one of her room mates key cards to the room, and a room mate had NATALEE’s key card)
On August 12, 2005 TITO LACLE reported to FOX News that he was informed that NATALEE had a rental cellular phone while in ARUBA. (Which may explain why CHARLES CROES, the AMERICAN and owner of a cellular phone rental company in ARUBA, was contacted the evening of May 30, 2005 for his help)

On June 18, 2005 Former Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT gave the following statements to his ARUBAN Police Interrogators:
On May 29th 2005, at approximately 16.00 hours, I went with Joran to the “Free Carribean Stud Tournament” in the Holiday Inn. During the break, at approximately 18.30 hours, I went back home. My youngest son Sebastian who was playing at a friends house was due to be dropped off at home around that time. Joran, with my permission, took over my seat because he had been eliminated earlier. We had agreed that he would call me after the tournament, in order for me to come and pick him up. He did indeed call me and at approximately 23.00 hour I picked him up near the Mc Donalds in Palm Beach with my red Suzuki. We drove home and I went to bed. I presumed he also had gone to bed. Afterwards we found out that he had gone out to Carlos & Charlies without my permission.…
On May 30th 2005, in the nightly hours, I did not pick up Joran from anywhere. I slept solidly through the night without waking up. On May 30th in the hours of the morning, I did not notice anything different/out of the ordinary with Joran. According to me he got onto the bus of the I.S.A. with his brothers Sebastian and Valentijn just like he always does.
7:00 PM = DAVE HOLLOWAY wrote in his book, “Aruba,” (page 72) about the openings of NATALEE’s “Holiday Inn” room #7114 door with an as-yet, still, not found electronic key lock card:
One detail that we are sure of is that Natalee never returned to her room at the Holliday Inn on her last night in Aruba. We were able to get a printout of the cards used to open her hotel room door on the night she disappeared. We know that it was opened three times after Natalee left the room. We have been able to account for all of the openings. Natalee's key was last used at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday evening May 29, 2005. All of the other keys were used early on May 30 and again prior to the kids leaving Aruba. Apparently, Natalee never returned to the room after she and her friends left to go out for the evening.
7:00 PM = Scheduled start time for the “Soul Beach Music Festival” concert that NATALEE and friends were scheduled as part of their tour package to attend (an estimated 8,000 concert-goers attended). The concert, in southern ARUBA at “Surfside beach” adjacent to the “Havana Beach Club,” featured “Lauryn Hill“ and “Boyz II Men,” ARUBAN Tourism Minister Edison Briesen said. (Concert scheduled to run 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM)

7:15 PM = As published here, 7:15 PM is the boarding time for the “Tattoo” party boat that Current Murder Suspect STEVE CROES works on. The boat is boarded from the “De Palm Pier,” located between the “Aruba Grand” and “Radisson” hotels.
7:51 PM = Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT , is captured on security videotape entering or re-entering the “Excelsior Casino“ to gamble.
No one, including Former Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT , is seen entering the casino with him.
…. 9+ months into the investigation, during his 3-1 to 3-3 FOX News shown interview, Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT claims “My father doesn't like casinos at all. He doesn't want me playing in casinos at all, either. But I convinced him to come that day to the casino and play that tournament because he — because it was a free tournament. According to the Murder Suspects, Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT and Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT were gambling at "Excelsior Casino" in "Holiday Inn" basement. Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT enters a “Texas Hold’em” poker tournament and, supposedly, finishes in fourth place. When he signed in for the tournament, he wrote “Joran V.” One of the TWITTY twins, HUNTER and THOMAS, also plays in the same tournament and learns Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT ’s name. (Do the cards dealers, et al know him from so many prior frequent gambling days and nights that Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT feels that only signing with just “Joran V.” is enough?) ( Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT ’s wife, ANITA VAN DER SLOOT , is, supposedly, on a trip to see family in HOLLAND until 6-1)

8:15 PM = According to the “Excelsior Casino” security camera videotape shown publicly so far, by 8:15 PM NATALEE, RUTH McVAY, MADISON WHATLEY are seen gambling at a blackjack table.
Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT is gambling with them at the same table, sitting next to RUTH McVAY, on her immediate right.
A man wearing eyeglasses and wrist watch with a noticeably receding hairline (who some persons believe is Former Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT ) sat to NATALEE’s immediate left. NATALEE is also seen looking at and speaking with this same man as she simultaneously gestures and points to her right at Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT.

On September 19, 2005, when asked if “Excelsior Casino” owner POSNER had threatened BETH, she stated to CNN, “Well, there was a phone call made. And it was just really having me refer to—you know, I’d only mentioned the fact I had gotten from prosecuting attorney as far as the open line of credit, and that Joran is in his casino gambling, and I don’t think there was ever a question that Joran and Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT had been in that Excelsior Casino, and, particularly, on the night of the 29th where he and his father met Natalee.”

On April 3, 2006 JOHN Q. KELLY stated to MSNBC:

KELLY, HOLLOWAY FAMILY ATTORNEY: Well, if you look at the surveillance video footage, it appears that he’s the one sitting directly next to her and tries to engage her in conversation a couple of times. And it’s sort of ironic that it’s his father who brought his underage son to a casino and left him there after he left, with access to his line of credit, to put this unfortunate chain of events in process.COSBY: And did he ever say that he had talked to Natalee or not before?KELLY: No, it’s never even been addressed before whether or not that’s Paulus in the videotape there sitting next to her. 8:30 PM = On 6-27 a local BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA NBC channel reported about comments from one of NATALEE‘s friends, JAMIE JUSTICE, on the ARUBA trip, “The Natalee Holloway case's main suspect, Joran van der Sloot, was no stranger to the Mountain Brook group. He'd been hanging out with them all week, according to one of Holloway's friends, NBC 13 reported. Jamie Justice said she got to know van der Sloot at the Black Jack table. ‘The way he came off wasn't at all in a threatening way,’ Justice said. ‘He was really naive to everybody.’ Justice and many of Holloway's friends thought van der Sloot was a fellow tourist. ‘He didn't look like one of the locals and he didn't act like one of the locals,’ Justice said. ‘He acted more like he was just down there vacationing.’ On May 30, Holloway and her friends headed to the beach and pool around 10:00 a.m. for a full day of sun. At 8:30 p.m., they had dinner in the hotel restaurant and then went to the hotel casino where Holloway met van der Sloot. At about 11 p.m., Holloway and her friends went to Carlos and Charlie's bar where they once again ran into van der Sloot. Justice said Holloway spent most the night with her friends, not van der Sloot. However, at about 1:30 a.m. Holloway and van der Sloot left the bar together. Justice says although Holloway is a sweet person she isn't overly trusting.”
On January 22, 2006 DAVE HOLLOWAY answered questions asked him by “Blogs For Natalee” founder “Debbie”: (DAVE’s answer is in bold)
Has it been confirmed that Natalee had lunch or dinner with anyone not in the group, if so.. Who? Natalee had no other contact with others not in the group.
__:__ PM (?) = NATALEE and Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT meet for first time while both are gambling at the same blackjack table in the “Excelsior Casino” located in the basement of the “Holiday Inn” (according to NATALEE’s friend, RUTH McVAY to FOX News on 6-21). McVAY’s opinion is that Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT was not flirting with anyone in particular.

And he apparently was a good poker player, or blackjack player, whatever it is, and that he helped her recoup some of her monies, and gave it back to her. And she then considered him her lucky charm.
NOTE: Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT lied during the May 31, 2005 first encounter when he specifically lied that it was NATALEE who was the woman who asked him to help her win back money she had lost.
It was actually RUTH McVAY who had lost the money, and it was RUTH McVAY who asked him to help her.

Recall the several witness reports that when Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT went to school on 5-30 that many people observed that he had an obvious bruise on his face…. Did he have any bruises on his face when he was gambling with NATALEE and her friends????
THEORY…. If NATALEE did not ask Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT if he would be going to "Carlos 'N Charlie's" as Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT claimed to Police, perhaps while playing blackjack Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT simply overheard the girls talking and planning to go later in the evening to "Carlos 'N Charlie's,” and he decided he would also go there (or, he already had found out it was the girls last night in ARUBA, and he had already decided to go to “Carlos 'N Charlie's”--possibly from a previously acted out, criminal predatory modus operandi(s))
On June 2, 2005 the “Washington Post” reported, “Her stepmother, Robin Holloway, said Natalee was last seen with a local resident who claimed to be a foreign exchange student. Robin Holloway said the man has been identified and questioned by Police.”
On July 26, 2005 LINDA ALLISON also re-emphasized that Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT had lied to every Mountain Brook high school classmate he spoke to, saying he was a foreign exchange student and tourist who was staying at the “Holiday Inn.”
On September 26, 2005 Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT claimed to the AMERICAN TV show “A Current Affair“:
WAGSCHAL: What was the last.. I know you had a little relationship with her a bit, right? So, what would you... how would you describe her?
Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT : Well, when I talked to her she was very nice. And yeah, that is all I have to say.
WAGSCHAL: What were your feelings towards her?
Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT : I didn’t have any feelings towards her, because I met her that night. I didn’t know her before that.
WAGSCHAL: Ok, because I think she talked to some people, and I think she said, you guys had been going out a little bit before.
Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT : No, we had not gone out before at all.
On August 5, 2005 FIERMAN stated to FOX News that on 5-29 NATALEE and the girls arrived at the “Excelsior Casino” at about 9:30 to 10:00 PM. They were playing blackjack with Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT who did not seem to be hitting on any of the girls. FIERMAN said that he arrived at “Carlos 'N Charlie's" at 12:00 AM. FIERMAN also said that Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT had lied and told the girls that he was a soccer player who lived and went to school in HOLLAND, and that he was a 19-year-old.

On June 24, 2005 CNN played a recording of an unidentified, supposed, Mountain Brook high school male that said he was on the ARUBA trip. The male said “When we were watching roulette, Natalee and her friends came, and I -- while I was there, I saw that she came and asked if -- what Joran was going to do tonight, to make sure that he went to Carlos 'N Charlie's that night.”

Between 8:00 and 10:00 pm on Sunday she went into the casino of the hotel and saw JORAN VAN DER SLOOT. She went to the change machine and saw VAN DER SLOOT standing near RUTH MCVAY and MADISON WHATLEY near a blackjack table. After WATSON had played some slot machines for a few minutes, she went to the blackjack table with classmate THORNTON RATLIFF. VAN DER SLOOT appeared to be betting a lot of money. He also had some kind of small electronic device on the table in front of him. WATSON was later told that the device was called an "I-pod" which was something similar to an mp-3 player. Some of WATSON's female classmates were standing around VAN DER SLOOT while he played, but WATSON does not recall seeing HOLLOWAY there. After a minute or 2, WATSON walked into the hotel lobby and saw HOLLOWAY coming out of the bathroom and had the above mentioned conversation.

(According to his mommy, NADIRA RAMIREZ, her son Current Murder Suspect SATISH KALPOE normally leaves 30 or so minutes before closing time--10 PM on Sunday night--to pick up Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE )

On June 25, 2005 NATALEE’s friend FRANCES ELLEN BYRD stated, that NATALEE was with Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT “as early as 9:30 p.m.” the night of NATALEE’s disappearance.
__:__ PM (?) = At some point NATALEE and her friends leave the blackjack table and go to a bar just off the casino. Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT eventually walks into the same bar (presumably before he soon calls his friends to ask for a ride to “Carlos 'N Charlie's“ to party with NATALEE and her friends), and sees the girls, then speaks with the girls again.
In his June 9, 2005 statements he gave the ARUBAN Police he claimed that RUTH McVAY told him she was going to take a shower and then meet him later at “Carlos 'N Charlie's.”
According to LEE BROUGHTON’s statements to the FBI, about 5 minutes after the girls entered the bar Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT entered and spoke again with them, and NATALEE asked him if he is going to meet them later at “Carlos 'N Charlie's.”

When I stood beside Joran, I saw that there was a group of American students who were on holiday in Aruba talking. I saw that Joran helped one of the girls play black-jack. Joran told me that he was busy helping the girl with black-jack because according to Joran she had lost much money. After Joran helped the girl, Joran and I walked around in the Excelsior casino. I saw the group girls who were playing black-Jack with Joran walk by and I heard the girls say he should go to Carlos & Charlies later in the evening hours because they would like to meet him there. Joran answered for them not to worry, he would go.
One of NATALEE’s friend with her at the “Excelsior” casino, RUTH McVAY, said she was surprised when she saw that Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT showed up later at "Carlos 'N Charlie's" after telling the girls earlier in the day that Sunday nights in ARUBA “sucked.”

WATSON's last conversation with HOLLOWAY took place earlier Sunday evening sometime between 9:00 and 10:00pm. WATSON saw HOLLOWAY coming from the bathroom in the Holiday inn lobby area. WATSON talked to her and complemented her on the shirt she was wearing. She appeared to be getting prepared to leave the hotel. She did not mention to WATSON what she was doing or if she had met anyone. Although WATSON knew that HOLLOWAY had been drinking that day, HOLLOWAY did not seem to be intoxicated
9:50 PM = According to Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE's June 11, 2005 statements he gave his ARUBAN Police Interrogators, Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT phoned Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE at 9:50 PM and asked him if KALPOE wants to go to “Carlos 'N Charlie's” with him and meet some AMERICAN girls. KALPOE says yes, and that he will go home first, then pick him up at his apartment.
NOTE: NADIRA RAMIREZ stated to FOX News on June 23, 2005 that while under arrest her sons told her that Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT phoned Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE at 11:30 to 11:40 PM asking for a car ride from them.

BETH HOLLOWAY-TWITTY: Yes, 4 a.m. on May 31, he stated — I documented in my journal — that he stated to the police spokesperson that he picked Joran up at 4 a.m. Again, on June 17, I have it documented in my journal that they were going to question Paul that day about the 4 a.m. pick-up. And then it changed. That's why I was so shocked that day that you and I went to his home. That was the first time that he had changed to it 11 p.m., to the 29th.
On June 18, 2005 Former Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT gave the following statements to his ARUBAN Police Interrogators:
He did indeed call me and at approximately 23.00 hour I picked him up near the Mc Donalds in Palm Beach with my red Suzuki. We drove home and I went to bed. I presumed he also had gone to bed. Afterwards we found out that he had gone out to Carlos & Charlies without my permission.
11:00 PM = WATSON told the FBI that at 11:00 PM she was at “Carlos 'N Charlie's” and she sees that NATALEE is also there.
On 6-27 a local BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA NBC channel reported about comments from one of NATALEE‘s friends, JAMIE JUSTICE, on the ARUBA trip:
The Natalee Holloway case's main suspect, Joran van der Sloot, was no stranger to the Mountain Brook group. He'd been hanging out with them all week, according to one of Holloway's friends, NBC 13 reported. Jamie Justice said she got to know van der Sloot at the Black Jack table. “The way he came off wasn't at all in a threatening way,” Justice said. “He was really naive to everybody.” Justice and many of Holloway's friends thought van der Sloot was a fellow tourist. “He didn't look like one of the locals and he didn't act like one of the locals,” Justice said. “He acted more like he was just down there vacationing.” On May 30, Holloway and her friends headed to the beach and pool around 10:00 a.m. for a full day of sun. At 8:30 p.m., they had dinner in the hotel restaurant and then went to the hotel casino where Holloway met van der Sloot. At about 11 p.m., Holloway and her friends went to Carlos and Charlie's bar where they once again ran into van der Sloot. Justice said Holloway spent most the night with her friends, not van der Sloot. However, at about 1:30 a.m. Holloway and van der Sloot left the bar together. Justice says although Holloway is a sweet person she isn't overly trusting.
On October 13, 2005 “Riehl World View” blog reported, “For the first time today I have been given information which suggests Natalee Holloway actually had her cell phone with her the night she was at Carlos and Charlie's. Yet, Beth Twitty is said to have found her cell phone in her room. I presume the chaperone returned it there - which seems a bit strange, perhaps - but likely not significant. Still, it is significant that she had her phone with her that night and some investigators are said to now believe she actually return to her room that night after having been at Carlos and Charlie's.”
11:10 PM = According to Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE's June 11, 2005 statements he gave his ARUBAN Police Interrogators, Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT phoned Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE again at about 11:10 PM to ensure he was coming to take him to “Carlos 'N Charlie's.”
11:15 to 11:30 PM = On June 30, 2005 Current Murder Suspect SATISH KALPOE gave the following statements to his ARUBAN Police Interrogators:
On your question if Deepak, Joran I on Sunday, May 29, 2005, and/or on Monday, May 30, 2005, in the nighttime hours drove to Joran’s house, I can explain to you the following:
The only moment that we went to Joran’s house was on Sunday, May 29, 2005 at around 23:15 or 23.30, when Deepak and I had picked up Joran at his apartment.
11:25 - 11:40 PM = …. 9+ months into the investigation, during his 3-1 to 3-3 FOX News shown interview, Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT claims the Murder Suspects KALPOE’s arrived at his apartment at “11:45, 12:00,” and that it took “About 20 minutes, I think“ “By car“ for the Murder Suspects KALPOE‘s to get to his apartment, so, the Murder Suspects KALPOE’s had to have left the KALPOE home sometime between 11:25 PM and 11:40 PM.
11:30 PM = In one of his statements he gave to the ARUBAN Police Interrogators while under arrest, Current Murder Suspect SATISH KALPOE stated that he, Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE , and Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT arrived at “Carlos 'N Charlie's” at 11:30 PM.

11:30 - 11:40 PM = NADIRA RAMIREZ stated to FOX News on 6-23 that while under arrest her sons told her that Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT phoned Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE at 11:30 to 11:40 PM and that Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT was asking for a car ride from them.
__:__ PM (?) = Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT , supposedly, went to sleep and, supposedly, slept the rest of the night, according to what his lawyer said the father claimed to his ARUBAN authorities.
????.... Does Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT claim that he knows Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT stayed awake, or, does Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT claim he thought (or was told) Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT was going to go to sleep ????
On June 29, 2005 Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT admitted to a DUTCH journalist that he did speak to “the boys” soon after NATALEE vanished about telling the Police the tr5th, and what would happen if they lied. Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT also admits to telling the boys that “if is there is no body, there is no crime.”
On June 24, 2005 Current Murder Suspect SATISH KALPOE gave the following statements to his ARUBAN Police Interrogators:
To your question whether I can remember that during one of the many talks at Joran's house the father was supposed to have said "no corpse no case" I can state the following. With the use of different words Joran's dad did say that but it boiled down to the same thing. "If there is no corpse there are no grounds to arrest us."
On July 3, 2005 FOX News GRETA VAN SUSTEREN wrote in her “Gretawire” blog, “I am also curious whether Paul van der Sloot used his phone between midnight and 7 a.m. on May 30. He told me no... He told the DUTCH TV correspondent on camera no... But after the 6-29 interview with the DUTCH TV correspondent, he pulled him aside and said maybe he did make a call, and that he was not sure.”
On July 5, 2005 BETH HOLLOWAY-TWITTY stated to FOX News that when the May 31, 2005 early morning hours meetings occurred between Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT , Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT , the Police, and several other witnesses, that Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT admitted then that on May 30, 2005 he picked-up Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT at “McDonald’s” at 4:00 AM. BETH stated that by the time she met with the Murder Suspects VAN DER SLOOT’s on June 21, 2005 during the daytime at the Murder Suspects VAN DER SLOOT home with GRETA, Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT had changed to 11:00 PM the time he claims to picking up Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT. Both BETH and JUG TWITTY say there were “10 witnesses” during the first May 31, 2005 encounter that heard Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT admit that he picked Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT up at 4:00 AM on May 30, 2005.
BETH HOLLOWAY-TWITTY stated that she did not speak to NATALEE during the trip, and if NATALEE had called, BETH “would have thought that something was wrong.“ The following exchange occurred between BETH and FOX News GRETA VAN SUSTEREN on FOX News

But there’s something that really bothers me, and I don’t think I’ve made any secrets about it, I’ve kept a journal of everything everyone said, what day, timeframes. And there’s something that really has been bothering me as I read over and over my journal, is I know on the 31st that Paul van der Sloot stated that he picked Joran up at 4 a.m. at McDonald’s. It was also said to me by a Police spokesperson on June 16 and June 17 that Paul van der Sloot stated that he picked up Joran at 4 a.m. on the 30th at McDonald’s. But I noticed on the day that I visited Paul van der Sloot at his home, all of a sudden, it was changed to 11 p.m.

VAN SUSTEREN: Does your journal entry — because I’ve seen your journal, I’ve paged through it with you. Is there an entry in your journal which actually has that 4:30?

11:45 PM - 12:00 AM = In LEE BROUGHTON’s June 1, 2005 statement to the FBI, BROUGHTON stated that NATALEE and other girls started doing “body shots” on the bar. BROUGHTON noticed there were 2 men who were staring at NATALEE during the body shots, but BROUGHTON never saw NATALEE speak to either man. BROUGHTON and NATALEE then danced on the stage until 11:45 PM or 12:00 AM.
When BROUGHTON and NATALEE went to the rest room they passed a man, JURON LNU, without acknowledging him. When they returned from the rest room NATALEE started dancing again, and BROUGHTON went to do more body shots and noticed that LNU was standing by the steps to the stage watching NATALEE.

Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT then sneaks out of home with the Murder Suspects KALPOE’s and all three boys are planning on driving in Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE’s silver “Honda” car to "Carlos 'N Charlie's"
????.... Does Prime Murder Suspect JORAN VAN DER SLOOT have his own personal set of car keys and, possibly, took either the medium blue colored SUV truck, or, the red jeep for use to get to “Carlos N’ Charlie's"?…. use and user(s) of vehicle after “Carlos N’ Charlie's" ????
On May 31, 2005 Current Murder Suspect DEEPAK KALPOE gave the following statements to his ARUBAN Police Interrogators:
On Monday, May 30 2005, around 00.00, I went to pick up Joran at his house. I went together with my brother named Satish Sharma KALPOE to pick up Joran at his house. Satish and I remained approximately15 minutes at Joran’s house. I must note that Joran lives in an apartment beside the dwelling that his parents live.
On 10-13 “Riehl World View” blog reported about the 5-31 early morning encounter between the families “an altercation which started between Jug Twitty and Current Murder Suspect PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT when Jug is said to have made a comment as to Paulus being an unfit parent as a result of allowing his son to be out late at night and at a casino. It was only much later that Joran claimed to have sneaked out of the house.”
